Washington, D.C. - President Bush announced Friday that he will nominate former Iowa state Sen. Charles W. Larson Jr. as ambassador to the Republic of Latvia.

Chuck Larson is the founder of Families United. We know that he will be successful in this new mission. We are grateful to him for the Voice he has given us with Families United.
